MEET THE FACE OF MM
Being a professional ballerina in my previous years, movement has always been a part of my life. I would light up when I performed on stage and knew from a young age that was what I was meant to be doing. Ballet taught me discipline and hard work that I’ve taken with me to this day but it also triggered the awful relationship I had with myself and most of all my body.
Suffering in silence from my late teens into my early 20’s, I got to the stage that I could no longer live in misery, until I found yoga. Yoga opened my eyes to what was going on inside of me, it gave me the answers I was looking for and allowed me to return back to who I was at my core. I fell in love with movement on a whole new level. I decided to get my yoga teaching certification in the hopes of helping others better their relationship to themselves, just as I did.
